Content Manager Role

We are seeking a strategic and passionate Content Manager to lead our sports and ethnic content strategy across various platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring, negotiating, and developing partnerships for high-value content opportunities.

  • Develop and implement a content acquisition strategy that maximizes viewer appeal and performance.
  • Identify key content providers and licensors to develop long-term relationships.
  • Manage the content portfolio to optimize costs while ensuring maximum viewer engagement.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the business and operational aspects of the content industry, particularly in sports and ethnic genres. They must also possess excellent negotiation skills, analytical thinking, and strategic planning abilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Content Acquisition: Identify and secure high-quality content opportunities for sports and ethnic channels.
  • Partnership Development: Establish and maintain relationships with key content providers and licensors.
  • Content Portfolio Management: Optimize the content portfolio to maximize viewer appeal and performance.

Requirements

  • Minimum degree in Media, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 8–10 years of relevant experience in content strategy, acquisition, or programming.
  • Strong understanding of the business and operational aspects of the content industry.
