Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Warehouse Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing standardized operations, guiding subordinates, and ensuring timely delivery of orders.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Implementing SOPs and 6S standards independently and guiding subordinates to complete orders on time;
  • Dealing with problems in the delivery process, proactively reporting and obtaining solutions to ensure timely flow of orders;
  • Completing all kinds of orders in and out of the warehouse and delivery work on time, familiarizing oneself with operation requirements, and summarizing and classifying delivery situations, abnormal orders, and other data;
  • Following up on maintenance order progress, sorting and filing documents, and organizing inventory counting;
  • Optimizing daily work systems, solving abnormal problems, and improving work efficiency;
  • Executing product testing tasks according to established testing standards and ensuring completion as per schedule;
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • NITEC or above, with preference given to logistics/supply chain management graduates;
  • At least two years of warehouse-related work experience and skilled in operating office software;
  • Familiar with warehouse entry and exit operations and basic computer operation;
  • Open to candidates with no prior experience.
