At our hospital, we are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Senior Intensive Care Nurse to join our team.
Job Description:
As a Senior Intensive Care Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care to critically ill patients.
- Assess and evaluate patients' conditions to develop individualized care plans.
- Initiate appropriate nursing interventions and follow organizational guidelines to ensure patient and staff safety.
- Perform triage using the Singapore 4-point Patient Acuity Category Scale (PACs) to determine clinical urgency.
- Contribute to unit action plans to enhance employee engagement and performance.
- Participate in departmental and hospital projects related to quality improvement and other initiatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in ICU or A&E.
- Commitment to working 3-rotating shifts.
- Registration with the Singapore Nursing Board.
