We are seeking a skilled Content Creator and Production Manager to join our creative division. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for creating engaging commercial content, managing production projects, and working closely with directors to meet creative briefs.
Main Responsibilities:
- Create compelling content such as commercials, branding videos, social media videos, and short films for direct clients and ad agencies.
- Pitch decks to networks, clients, and ad agencies to secure new business opportunities.
- Oversee projects from development to delivery, ensuring smooth operation and meeting deadlines.
- Manage logistics of production, including coordinating with vendors and suppliers.
- Work collaboratively with directors to achieve creative goals.
- Develop and manage production budgets and schedules for assigned projects.
- Monitor and control production expenditure within approved budget.
Requirements
- A strong passion for storytelling and filmmaking.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in production environment, with hands-on experience in various aspects of filmmaking, including creative producing and production management.
- Education in fields related to film, media studies, or communication is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
- Flexibility to work extended hours when required.
