Artificial Intelligence and Automation Application Developer.


Overview:
The role entails designing, implementing, and maintaining automation workflows using low-code platforms. It also involves querying and manipulating data for analysis and automation, building dashboards to visualize data and performance, and integrating AI/ML models into workflows.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Designing and implementing automation workflows using low-code platforms (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere).
2. Querying and manipulating structured (SQL) and unstructured data (NoSQL, APIs, text files) for analysis and automation.
3. Building and maintaining dashboards using Tableau or QlikView to visualize data and automation performance.
4. Applying analytical thinking to identify automation opportunities and translating business needs into technical solutions.
5. Integrating AI/ML models into workflows using tools like OpenAI APIs, Hugging Face, LangChain, and LlamaIndex.
6. Working with vector databases (e.g., FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate) and implementing RAG pipelines.
7. Prototyping and deploying AI solutions in sandbox/staging environments.
8. Collaborating with stakeholders to re-engineer processes and optimize workflows.
9. Ensuring compliance with financial services regulations and standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
2. Experience with low-code automation platforms.
3. Proficiency in Python.
4. Familiarity with scripting languages.
5. Experience with dashboards and AI tools.

Preferred Qualifications:
1. Prior experience in financial services or banking.
2. Knowledge of regulatory compliance.
3. Process re-engineering skills.
