We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Design Engineer to join our team in the semiconductor and automation industry.
About the Role:The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting equipment design and development work according to customer and internal specifications. This includes acting as project lead, planning, organizing, and coordinating meetings to review designs and ensure projects are completed on time. Additionally, they will maintain and control relevant documents related to R&D activities and generate detailed 2D/3D drawings.

To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree or master's degree in mechanical engineering or a relevant discipline.
- A minimum of 3-4 years of relevant experience in semiconductor or automation equipment design.
- Excellent skills in SolidWorks and/or AutoCAD software.
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese speaking clients who converse in Mandarin only.
This is a permanent position offering a salary that is commensurate with experience. You will also have the opportunity to travel for overseas projects if required.
