Job Summary

SUNSTAR CONSULTANTS is seeking a skilled Welder to join our team. As a Welder, you will be responsible for welding small and large components, including copper plumbing, beams, and pipelines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welding Operations: Weld small and large components, such as copper plumbing, beams, and pipelines, using various welding techniques.
  • Machinery Maintenance: Maintain and repair all machinery, including specialized equipment for industrial welding.
  • Quality Control: Assess welded surfaces, structures, and components to identify errors and ensure high-quality results.
  • Safety Protocols: Follow and enforce strict safety regulations, including wearing heat-resistant gloves, protective masks, and safety shoes.
  • Machinery Monitoring: Monitor machinery for appropriate usage and temperature to prevent damage and ensure optimal performance.
  • Welding Techniques: Weld components in flat, vertical, and overhead positions, using various welding techniques.
Required Skills
  • Construction: Experience in construction and building maintenance.
  • Arc Welding: Proficiency in arc welding techniques.
  • Pipelines: Knowledge of pipeline welding and maintenance.
  • Metal Fabrication: Experience in metal fabrication and welding.
  • Housekeeping: Ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Drawing: Basic knowledge of drawing and design principles.
  • Electrical: Understanding of electrical systems and safety protocols.
  • Fabrication: Experience in fabrication and welding of metal components.
  • Welding: Proficiency in welding techniques and safety protocols.
  • Copper: Knowledge of copper welding and maintenance.
  • TIG Welding: Experience in TIG welding techniques.
  • Assembly: Ability to assemble and disassemble metal components.
  • Stainless Steel: Knowledge of stainless steel welding and maintenance.
  • Arc Welding: Proficiency in arc welding techniques.
  • Cut: Ability to cut and shape metal components.
  • Layout: Basic knowledge of layout and design principles.
