Product Industrialization Process Expert

We're looking for a skilled Product Industrialization Process Expert to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the industrialization of new products and ensuring that they meet our high standards of quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement process improvements and technological upgrades to manufacturing processes;
  • Secure time, reliability, and quality of new product industrialization processes and lead the ramp-up of NPIs in suppliers, securing quantities and timing, while overseeing capacity bottlenecks and asset maintenance;
  • Review production processes and specifications, evaluate data to implement technological improvements in production processes;
  • Lead the APQP process, securing timely implementation and ramp-up quantities;
  • Work with other departments to develop design and production standards to guarantee product quality;
  • Overlook capacity bottlenecks, asset maintenance, and CAPEX processes;
  • CTX deployment and management in the process; and support on DFX and quality improvement activities.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5-15 years of experience in process industrialization;
  • Knowledge in component and electrical appliance industries;
  • Good at quality tools such as PFMEA, Control Plan, MSA, DOE, etc.;
  • Familiar with plastic parts, metal forming, die casting, coating, motor, and PCBA.
