Job Title: Customer Experience Coordinator
About the Role:The primary focus of this position is to ensure that sales support and service activities are well-coordinated and completed within prescribed process guidelines in support of our sales branches.
Key Responsibilities:- Effective day-to-day customer service operation to support pre and post shipment requirements of our sales branches.
- Customer backlog management with aim of maintaining backlog integrity through systematically reviewing and addressing all backlog issues to ensure timely delivery of customer orders.
- Provide daily customer service operational guidance to team members, assisting the customer service management as needed.
Weekly review of the customer backorder report with a turnaround time of 48 – 72 hours for a complete review.
Collaborate with the Sales team to manage customer pre & post shipment requirements.
Support and drive customer-generated requirements.
