**Job Description**: As a specialist in cybersecurity solutions, you will play a crucial role in supporting and managing our security platforms.

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to provide troubleshooting assistance, root cause analysis, and incident reporting for assigned security platforms.

  • **Support Security Platforms**: Offer timely assistance to resolve issues with our security platforms.
  • **Manage Ticket Queue**: Take ownership of tickets assigned within agreed service level agreements (SLA), ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • **Perform Change Request Activities**: Plan, review, track, and verify change requests within allocated timeframes, with accurate documentation.
  • **Ensure Daily Operations**: Complete or follow up on daily tasks, maintaining the highest level of service quality.
  • **Escalate Issues and Liaise with Experts**: Escalate complex issues and collaborate with subject matter experts to resolve them efficiently.
  • **Prepare Activity Reports and Documentation**: Compile detailed reports and documentation on activities performed.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

  • **Education**: A completed diploma or degree is required.
  • **Technical Expertise**: Hands-on experience in infrastructure, network, and/or security tools is essential.
  • **Independence and Adaptability**: Ability to work independently, under general guidance, and provide remote support as required.
