The role of a Valet Operations Coordinator is to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of vehicle parking and retrieval services at our hotel/casino. This involves working in a fast-paced environment, interacting with guests, and performing rotating duties such as valet ticket writer, traffic marshal, and traffic controller.

This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating the safe and efficient parking and retrieval of vehicles
  • Performing static duties such as valet ticket writing, traffic marshaling, and traffic controlling
  • Maintaining a clean and organized workspace
  • Providing exceptional customer service to guests

To excel in this role, you must possess:

  • A valid Class 4 Driving License
  • A Class 3 License
  • Excellent physical fitness
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Superb communication and interpersonal skills
