Job Role: Biometric Infrastructure Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to oversee the installation of our biometric project infrastructure at customer sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor project progress, identify potential issues and escalate them to senior management.
  • Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and project requirements by conducting regular quality checks.
  • Foster effective communication among team members, vendors and stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration.
  • Track changes to project scope, schedule and deliverables to maintain transparency and accountability.
  • Assist in risk assessment and mitigation planning to minimize potential risks.
  • Coordinate with contractors to ensure smooth deployment and on-time delivery.
  • Support resource allocation and scheduling to optimize project efficiency.
  • Evaluate vendor compliance to ensure adherence to company standards.
  • Oversee equipment installation and maintenance to prevent delays.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date project records and documentation for future reference.
  • Capture site progress updates through photos and reports to facilitate monitoring.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Singaporean or Singapore PR status required.
  • Diploma in Engineering or relevant field of study is necessary.
  • Experience in electrical or construction projects is essential.
  • Familiarity with IT infrastructure implementation is desirable.
  • Able to work in semi-outdoor and dusty environments.
  • Required to participate in hands-on installation.
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure.
  • Possess strong customer and team player skills.
  • Strong communication skills (both oral and written).
  • Able to lead and motivate teams towards common objectives.
