Lead a Passionate Team

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Coach to lead our team and community at the brand-new studio, near Segar Road, Bangkit, Bukit Panjang area.

The successful candidate will be responsible for building a strong and supportive team environment, recruiting, managing, and mentoring coaches, fostering positive relationships with members of all ages and backgrounds.

This is a unique opportunity to shape the studio from the ground up, set the culture, and become the heart of our community. As a key member of the leadership team, you will be instrumental in driving member engagement, both inside and outside the studio.

Responsibilities:Leadership and Management

Lead a passionate coaching team:

• Recruit, manage, and mentor a team of coaches

• Foster a positive and collaborative environment

• Scheduling, training, and ensuring coaching standards are consistently high

Customer Service

Create an inclusive atmosphere:

• Build strong rapport with members of all ages and backgrounds

• Ensure every person who walks through the door feels seen, heard, and excited to be there

Class Delivery

Deliver exceptional classes:

• Lead group training sessions that are energetic, engaging, and motivating

• Deliver BFT programming with a focus on proper form and technique

• Ensure a safe and effective workout for everyone

Community Building

Grow our community:

• Drive member engagement both inside and outside the studio

• Organize events and foster connections among members

Brand Ambassadorship

Be a brand ambassador:

• Actively promote the studio on social media

• Create engaging content, including photos and videos

• Highlight coaches, members, and the BFT experience

Studio Operations

Studio management:

• Work with the studio manager on day-to-day operations

• New member onboarding, retail sales, and maintaining a clean and well-organized studio space

Member Support

Support our members' journeys:

• Help members set and achieve their fitness goals

• Provide encouragement and guidance along the way

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Genuine passion for fitness and helping others
  • Engaging and enthusiastic personality
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills
  • Strong verbal communication skills and comfort with public speaking
  • Experience in group fitness and functional training principles
  • A proven ability to create engaging social media content
  • A relevant fitness certification and CPR/AED certification
