Commercial Interior Project Manager

We are seeking a seasoned construction project manager to lead our commercial interiors projects in Singapore.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in construction project management, showcasing a proven track record in site management, quality control, health & safety, and project reporting.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversight of all aspects of workplace design and construction projects from inception to completion.
- Cross-functional team coordination with design, engineering, and subcontractors to ensure project goals are met on time and within budget.
- Implementation and enforcement of rigorous quality control measures to guarantee high-quality workmanship.
- Development and maintenance of comprehensive project schedules ensuring adherence to timelines and milestones.
- Health and safety standards monitoring and enforcement fostering a culture of safety on construction sites.
- Preparation of regular project reports providing updates on progress challenges and solutions to stakeholders.
- Minimum 3 years hands-on experience in construction project management specifically in workplace design and construction.
- Proven track record of successful site management quality control health & safety implementation and project reporting.
- Familiarity with relevant industry regulations codes and standards.
