We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior After School Educator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for education and a commitment to delivering high-quality learning experiences for children.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior After School Educator to take on a leadership role and contribute to the development of our centre's programs. You will be responsible for leading a team of educators, planning and implementing engaging lesson plans, and ensuring that all children receive the highest level of care and support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lesson Planning and Implementation: Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of our children.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of educators, providing guidance, support, and feedback to ensure excellent outcomes.
  • Progress Reporting: Maintain accurate records of each child's progress and provide regular reports to parents and carers.
  • Homework Support: Provide dedicated homework support to children, ensuring they complete tasks by the end of each week.
  • Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with children, parents, and carers, fostering a sense of community and collaboration.
