We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Architectural BIM Coordinator to join our team at DESIGN LINK ARCHITECTS PTE. LTD.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage BIM deliverables, including BIM Models, BIM Execution Plans, Clash Detection Reports, and BIM Quality Control Plans.
  • Lead technical teams in BIM operations, from setting up projects to modeling and troubleshooting model issues.
  • Develop project BIM execution plans, coordinate and resolve issues arising from BIM operations with other consultants.
  • Ensure quality and standards of BIM workflow and deliverables are met by the project team.
  • Review and recommend improvements to BIM supporting infrastructure and software.
  • Supervise and train BIM department staff.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 8-10 years' relevant experience.
  • Certificate from BCA BIM modeling course or equivalent.
  • Diploma or degree in Architecture/BIM or equivalent.
  • Ability to follow instructions, execute, and adapt to new process procedures and workflows.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced organization.
