Job Title: Project Sales Engineer

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Sales Engineer to join our team.

  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering project sales, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • They will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and providing technical solutions to meet their needs.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, ability to work independently, and proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) are essential.
  • Additional requirements include self-motivation, resourcefulness, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive outreach and relationship-building.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of client needs and provide tailored technical solutions to meet their expectations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Assist in creating proposals, bids, and other sales-related materials.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance results.
Requirements:
  • Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in mechanical engineering project sales, preferably with a proven track record of success.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), with the ability to quickly learn new software applications.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Self-motivated and resourceful individual with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
