Research Scientist Pharmaceutics

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Research Assistant in Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences. The successful candidate will work with Dr. Liu Shi on studying signaling modes and underlying molecular mechanisms of certain GPCRs that are relevant to metabolic diseases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing various cell assays to investigate GPCR signaling.
- Performing molecular biology experiments to study the GPCR interactome.
- Assisting with the maintenance of lab biosafety.
Qualifications and Skills:
Candidates should hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Biological Science or a related field. Experience with a range of techniques, including mammalian cell culture, stable cell line construction, western blot, quantitative PCR, and confocal microscopy, is essential. Additionally, candidates should have hands-on experience in a biology lab and the ability to independently conduct routine molecular and cell biology experiments.
