Job Description

The role of an HR Administrator at TEAGIF VENTURES PTE. LTD. is to provide administrative support to the human resources department, focusing on managing day-to-day tasks and ensuring compliance with company policies and employment laws.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Prepare and maintain accurate employee records, including documentation and payroll processing.
  • Coordinate recruitment processes, handle employee inquiries, and facilitate onboarding for new hires.
  • Manage benefits administration, scheduling, and organize training programs to enhance employee development.
Requirements

To excel in this position, candidates should possess a diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A proven track record in HR or administrative roles is essential, along with excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.

Candidates should also have proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software/systems, as well as strong attention to detail and confidentiality. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team are crucial.

Salary Information

We offer an estimated annual salary of SGD 55,000 - SGD 65,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
