Job Description:
As a skilled BIM Co-ordinator M&E, you will be responsible for preparing project models and construction documents using BIM software. This involves establishing project workflows throughout all project phases and setting up the project in BIM software.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare project models and construction documents.
  • Establish project workflows.
  • BIM project set-up and administration.
  • Clash coordination and BIM coordination on site.
  • Prepare Revit Model (coordination drawings).
  • 2D and 3D shop drawings and as-built drawings.

Requirements:
  • BIM certificate.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience as a BIM Coordinator and 5 years' experience as an Electrical Engineer.
  • Able to read and understand drawings.

Software Skills:
  • Revit Certified specialist.
  • Navisworks.
