About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Beverage Expert. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional beverage experiences to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Warmly greet customers, assist in selecting beverages based on preferences and dietary restrictions, and ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Beverage Preparation: Prepare beverages according to standardized recipes and customer preferences, utilizing proper brewing techniques and equipment to guarantee quality and consistency.
  • Order Processing: Accurately process customer orders, manage cash and electronic payments, and maintain comprehensive knowledge of menu and products.
  • Cleanliness and Sanitation: Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the tea preparation area, including brewing equipment, serving utensils, and workstations.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, report discrepancies, restock supplies as needed, and coordinate stock deliveries.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Customer Service Experience: Prior working experience as a barista or in a similar customer service role is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment as part of a team.
