Job Overview

This role requires a seasoned compliance professional to lead our efforts in Singapore, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure regulatory requirements are met and risks are mitigated. You'll be responsible for managing relationships with regulators, coordinating internal and external reporting, and developing policies and procedures that align with our compliance strategy.


Responsibilities
  • Lead and coordinate regulatory liaison activities, including responding to information requests and communicating product changes and notifiable events.
  • Develop and maintain effective compliance frameworks, policies, and governance documentation.
  • Collaborate with global Product and Operational teams to drive risk-based processes and ensure regulatory requirements are met.
  • Educate teams on Singapore regulatory requirements and empower them to build risk-based processes.
