Corporate Travel Advisor Position

We are seeking a seasoned travel professional to join our team. The successful candidate will provide tailored corporate travel solutions for clients, focusing on Japan and the global market.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle business travel reservations and inquiries using global distribution systems (GDS)
- Plan detailed itineraries and provide travel advice and arrangements
- Build relationships with clients and manage their accounts
- Accurately input travel data into reservation and mid-office systems for reporting
- Occasionally provide customer support outside of regular working hours

Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience as a corporate travel advisor or consultant, including ticketing using GDS
- Strong customer service skills and clear communication
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and engage directly with clients
- Business-level English is required, with additional language proficiency in Japanese

Working Conditions:
- Central location in Singapore
- Standard working hours: 9am-6pm (Mon-Fri)
