Job Overview

This role involves conducting thorough client reviews to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.

  • Perform scheduled and unscheduled KYC assessments for clients across various risk categories, tracking and monitoring of records in place.
  • Develop targeted action plans for expiring documents to guarantee timely renewal.
  • Identify potential suspicious activity related to AML and report it to senior management for further review.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to verify customer identification, verification, and screening processes.
  • Validate customer information, including address, employment history, and connectivity to PEP/SPF.
  • Partner with colleagues to implement adequate due diligence procedures for customer accounts and documentation reviews.
  • Maintain high-quality standards for all KYC reviews conducted.
Key Requirements
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience preferred.
  • Previous experience in AML required.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin and/or Cantonese languages advantageous for communication with international teams.
