Job Title: Infant Care Specialist

As an Infant Care Specialist, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care and education to infants. You will be responsible for creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment that promotes the physical, emotional, social, and intellectual growth of each child.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and experiences that promote the physical, cognitive, social, and emotional development of infants.
2. Provide a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for infants, including proper sanitation practices, safe sleep guidelines, and emergency procedures.
3. Monitor the health and well-being of infants and respond promptly to any signs of distress or illness.
4. Observe and document the developmental progress of each infant, noting milestones and any concerns.
5. Communicate observations to parents/guardians and collaborate with colleagues to address individual needs.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- WSQ Higher Certificate in Infant Care or equivalent
- WSQ Advanced Certificate in Early Childhood Education
- Certified by Early Childhood and Development Agency (ECDA) at EY1 category
- Experience in handling infants
- Good verbal communication skills
