Job Description

This Pre-Sales Solutions Specialist role is a multifaceted opportunity to drive business growth and customer satisfaction for Centric Software. The successful candidate will possess exceptional presentation skills, strategic thinking, and analytical abilities to craft successful sales pitches and engage with customers.


Responsibilities
  • Analyze customer business requirements to propose tailored Planning & Pricing Solutions
  • Collaborate with the Sales Team to qualify prospects and drive solution adoption
  • Configure Centric Software solutions to meet customer needs through product presentations and supporting materials
  • Produce written specifications highlighting product features and benefits
  • Analyze complex customer requirements and design solutions to address pain points
  • Prepare response documentation for RFI/RFP requests

Requirements
  • Strategic Thinking: Craft successful sales pitches and engage with customers
  • Analytical: Collect and analyze data to inform sales strategies
  • Collaborative Skills and Sales Attitude: Collaborate with the sales team and customers to drive solution adoption
  • Technical Knowledge: Understand database and BI data science applications
  • Excellent Presentation Skills: Present to small or large audiences
