Job Title: Structural Project Lead

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced structural project lead to oversee the delivery of high-specification structural installations. The successful candidate will have a strong background in construction project management, with expertise in Bondax system applications and metal structure integration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end project delivery for structural packages involving Bondax composite systems, steel frameworks, and façade elements.
  • Cordinate with design, fabrication, and installation teams for metal structural works (e.g. curtain wall, cladding, sub-frames).
  • Liaise with architects, engineers, consultants, and clients to ensure technical compliance and quality assurance.
  • Manage project budgets, schedules, resource planning, and subcontractor performance from award to handover.
  • Conduct risk assessments, technical reviews, and system compatibility checks across bonded panel and metal structural components.
  • Oversee procurement and logistics planning for specialty materials (e.g., composite metal panels, anchor systems).
  • Ensure adherence to local BCA regulations, safety standards, and QMS documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Deliver project reporting, milestone tracking, and stakeholder updates to internal and external parties.
Requirements
  • Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in project management within structural, façade, or real estate construction sectors.
  • Deep expertise in Bondax system applications and metal structure integration, including design coordination, procurement, and installation oversight.
  • Proven leadership in end-to-end delivery of high-specification structural or façade projects.
  • Strong knowledge of modular steelwork, composite cladding, and structural envelope detailing.
  • Experience managing multidisciplinary teams, external consultants, and subcontractors across complex project timelines.
