Job Opportunity

This is a compelling opportunity to work as a Junior Architect. The ideal candidate will possess a solid foundation in architecture, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure effectively.

Main Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with project teams to complete projects on time, within budget, and in accordance with client and authority requirements.
  • Multitask by managing multiple projects from design stage to completion, working closely with senior colleagues for guidance and support.
  • Produce high-quality drawings and building information models (BIM) required by projects, including submission drawings, detailed drawings, clash detection, coordination, construction drawing, and as-built documents.
  • Liaise with authorities for submission matters, ensuring timely submission of all forms, drawings, and BIM models.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Diploma or degree in Architecture.
  • 1-2 years of experience as an architectural assistant.
