Technical Leadership Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Leader to join our organization. As the Head of Engineering, you will play a key role in shaping the technical direction of our company and leading a team of talented engineers.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, with expertise in languages such as Typescript, Solidity, Python, and experience with blockchain technology. You will also have a deep understanding of financial services and the pre- and post-trade workflows of loans, bonds, structured products, options, and funds.

Requirements:

  • 10-15 years of experience in technology at fintech or platform companies
  • Strong domain knowledge in financial services
  • Expertise in blockchain technology and smart contract development
  • Experience with vendor management and risk-related frameworks
