About This Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our team at TRUST RECRUIT PTE. LTD. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of construction projects. Your expertise in cost control, quantity estimation, and contract administration will be invaluable in driving business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyse and estimate costs for materials, time, and labour involved in construction projects;
  • Prepare and negotiate tenders and contracts, coordinating work efforts to ensure timely completion;
  • Advise on legal and contractual issues, valuing completed work to arrange for payments;

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you must have excellent analytical and organisational skills. You should be a team player with excellent initiative skills, able to communicate effectively both written and verbally. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, is also required.
