Job Title: Senior Java Software Developer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Java Software Developer to join our team. As a key member of our software development team, you will be responsible for designing and developing high-performance, scalable Java-based applications.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and Development: Design, implement, and maintain robust Java-based applications with a focus on multithreaded architecture, ensuring high performance and reliability.
  • Optimization and Troubleshooting: Develop and optimize concurrent algorithms and threading models to improve system efficiency and scalability. Debug and resolve performance bottlenecks and concurrency issues.
  • Collaboration and Testing: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including QA, DevOps, and Product Management to deliver high-quality software. Write unit and integration tests to ensure code reliability and stability.
  • Code Reviews and Technical Design: Participate actively in code reviews and technical design discussions to drive software development excellence.

Requirements:

  • Degree: Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience: At least one year of hands-on experience in Java software development.
  • Familiarity with technologies: Experience with popular Java frameworks such as JSF, Hibernate, Spring Boot, or similar technologies.
  • Concurrency skills: Strong proficiency in Java multithreading, concurrency models (synchronized, locks, executors, etc.), and thread-safe design principles.
  • Tools familiarity: Familiarity with tools such as JUnit, Maven/Gradle, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Skill set: Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Additional experience: Experience with RESTful APIs, Microservices, or distributed systems architecture.
