Job Title: Warehouse Support Associate

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Warehouse Support Associate to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our warehouse.

Responsibilities:

  • Process and dispatch orders in a timely manner
  • Pick and pack products for daily orders
  • Perform receiving, checking, and relabelling of products
  • Conduct inventory checks to maintain healthy stock levels
  • Participate in stock takes
  • Rotate through different departments and take on additional responsibilities as needed
  • Perform any other duties assigned by management

Requirements:

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Meticulous and detail-oriented
  • Able to lift heavy items when packing
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin (optional)
  • Comfortable handling various produce, including meat products
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • A team player with strong interpersonal skills
  • Cheerful personality with a can-do attitude
  • Proficient in using messaging platforms like WhatsApp and Telegram
