Software Engineering Leadership

We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to lead the development of our internal infrastructure and DevOps processes.

This role requires a strong technical background, with experience in web development, system integrations, and internal tools development.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of software engineering principles, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to mentor junior developers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Infrastructure Development: Design and implement new infrastructure features to support business initiatives.
  • System Integration: Integrate new services and features to enhance our existing systems.
  • Mentorship: Lead the technical execution of projects and guide junior developers to ensure successful project delivery.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • At least 4 years of experience in web development with a solid track record of building and maintaining real-world applications.
  • Experience with Node.js, PHP, Laravel, JavaScript, or MySQL is highly desirable.
  • A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory if you have strong hands-on skills.
  • Familiarity with AWS or other cloud platforms is a plus.
