Job Description:

  • Develop and implement new business development strategies to achieve company objectives and increase win rates.
  • Maintain and expand existing relationships with key consultants and clients, driving sales growth and revenue.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform business development initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing plans and targets.
  • Participate in commercial proposal development and contract negotiations to secure new business opportunities.
  • Evaluate market studies and assess potential business opportunities with customers.
  • Guide sales teams from lead generation to business opportunity conversion.
  • Plan and implement marketing strategies for targeted consultant and client groups.
  • Monitor and improve sales and marketing activities to drive long-term consultant relationships and revenue growth.
  • Support sales teams in booking orders and managing customer accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage expectations of consultant requests and preferences.
  • Work closely with technical teams to provide innovative solutions.
  • Oversee top 10 consultant relationships, including those with new international partners.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering (electrical, mechanical, or related field).
  • 8 years of experience in business development and marketing with a successful track record.
  • Experience working with Vertiv products, particularly Data Center turnkey solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and local languages.
  • Familiarity with AutoCAD or similar construction drawing interpretation tools.
  • Ability to travel up to 20% to customer sites.
  • Prior experience in Singapore green mark specialization an asset.
