Event Coordinator for Chronic Disease Management Programme

We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic individual to assist us with our event management initiatives for the Population-based Chronic Disease Management Programme.
The successful candidate will be responsible for engaging with potential participants, explaining the programme and its benefits for chronic disease monitoring, answering basic questions about the enrolment process and programme details, distributing marketing materials to interested individuals, maintaining a tidy and welcoming event booth area, reporting daily engagement metrics, collecting feedback from the public about the event, assisting in setting up event booths, and performing any other duties assigned.
To succeed in this role, you should have strong multitasking skills, experience in account management, excellent management skills, proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, budgeting expertise, advertising knowledge, and video production skills. You should also be comfortable with cold calling, marketing, event management, and team collaboration.
