Transportation Specialist

This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about providing excellent customer service and ensuring the safe transportation of clients.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Operate the auto wheelchair lifter with precision and care, prioritizing the safety and well-being of our clients.
  • Assist clients with securing their safety belts to ensure a secure and comfortable ride.
  • Plan driving routes efficiently, considering factors such as traffic, road conditions, and client schedules.
  • Provide exceptional customer service at all times, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise during transport.

Key Qualifications:

  • Current BDVL vocational license.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in high-pressure situations.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with a focus on finding creative solutions to complex problems.

Working Conditions:

  • 12-hour shifts from 7am to 7pm, with regular breaks to ensure driver safety and comfort.
  • Working alone in the vehicle, with opportunities for teamwork and collaboration during shift handovers.
  • Operating in various weather conditions, including rain, heat, and extreme temperatures.
  • Exposure to varying humidity levels and air quality.

Sites:

We operate in multiple regions, including Serangoon, Braddell, Eunos, Ang Mo Kio, Chua Chu Kang, and other areas. As a Transportation Specialist, you will be trained to support all sites and act as a spare and backup driver as needed.
