Optimize Business Processes Intern

As an intern in this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with a dynamic team to optimize business processes using Robotic Process Automation tools. Your responsibilities will include identifying and reviewing processes for optimization, participating in bot testing and debugging, developing user guides and technical documentation, and performing ad-hoc duties.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist in analyzing repetitive tasks and business processes for optimization through RPA tools, including Power Automate.
- Collaborate with the team to test and debug processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency
- Develop comprehensive user guides and technical documentation to facilitate knowledge transfer and ease of use for end users.
- Perform other assigned tasks as needed.
- Pursuing or holding a Diploma in HR Management or Computer Science/IT, with a strong interest in HR technology.
- Able to work independently in a dynamic environment and meet assigned deadlines.
- Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
