  • EP Equipment Management
    • This includes managing the procurement and budgeting of equipment and consumables to meet operational needs.
    • Oversees the planning, execution, and coordination of equipment purchases and claims.
    • Collaborates with the Biomedical Equipment Department to maintain asset tracking and ensure hospital readiness.
    • Reviews crisis equipment requirements for the hospital.
    • Serves as the primary point of contact for MOH audits and reports.
  • Hospital Emergency Response Plan Review and Coordination
    • Engages stakeholders in reviewing standard operating procedures (SOPs).
    • Covers coordinating and integrating SOPs across departments.
    • Plans and conducts monthly fleet test exercises to evaluate preparedness.
    • Organizes emergency response drills in accordance with yearly workplans.
  • IGH Planning and Integration
    • Participates in Integrated General Hospital Ops Centre workshops to align efforts.
    • Ensures MCI/CE/NE infrastructure requirements are met to support hospital operations.
    • Collaborates with medical planners, campus planning teams, and users on ground discussions.
