- Identify and mitigate testing risks and issues
- Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders
- Work closely with business analysts to define business requirements and ensure testing aligns with business objectives
- Implement software quality assurance initiatives to improve testing processes and procedures
- Assess the impact of changes on existing business and technology processes
- Adhere to toolsets and procedures and promote best practices in testing
- 8+ years of experience in payments technology testing or project management
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality testing services
- Strong knowledge of payments technology and testing methodologies
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Experience with testing tools and methodologies such as HPQC, JIRA, and QTP
- PMO experience
- Knowledge of PL SQL and Unix Scripting, C, C++, J2EE, STRUTS, and EAI
