Service Crew Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Crew to join our team. As a Service Crew, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our guests have an outstanding dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and seat guests, present menus and wine lists, and take orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Provide menu recommendations and answer questions about menu items and ingredients.
  • Maintain a clean and organized dining area, ensuring all tables are set to a high standard.
  • Deliver food and drinks to tables, maintaining quality and presentation.
  • Handle customer complaints and concerns with professionalism and a positive attitude.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our menu and wine list, keeping up-to-date with changes and promotions.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 1+ years of experience as a Service Crew in a busy restaurant environment.
  • A friendly, positive, and professional demeanor with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail, with a keen eye for presentation and quality.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
