Pest Control Specialist Job Opportunity

Job Description:

  • Carry out pest management services to residential and commercial clients, ensuring effective elimination of pests and minimization of risk to people and the environment.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of properties to identify pest infestations, determine the root causes, and develop customized treatment plans.
  • Apply pesticides and other treatments as needed, adhering to safety protocols and regulations to minimize environmental impact and protect public health.
  • Maintain accurate records of treatment activities, including client interactions, treatment outcomes, and any issues or concerns raised.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge, best practices, and resources to enhance overall service quality and efficiency.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on the latest techniques, technologies, and industry standards.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, maintaining high standards of professionalism, integrity, and customer service at all times.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Minimum GCE 'N' level or equivalent experience;
Valid Class 3 driving license;
Able to work overtime and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines;
Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
Basic IT skills, including data entry and record-keeping software;
NEA License required.
