Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technician - Fermentation Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating, optimizing, and stabilizing downstream manufacturing processes, ensuring adherence to quality standards and customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Downstream Process Expertise
    • Operate and optimize Continuous centrifuge and Homogenizer for efficient cell separation.
    • Proficient in the operation of Microfiltration and Ultrafiltration systems, encompassing Hollow fiber and Spiral modules.
    • Hands-on experience with Chromatography systems and related downstream processes.
    • Practical experience in the Spray drying process.
  • Manufacturing Process Management
    • Responsible for operating, optimizing, and stabilizing downstream manufacturing processes.
    • Identify and resolve issues related to downstream manufacturing equipment and processes.
    • Collaborate with the QA team to prepare all process-related documents in adherence to quality standards.
  • Team Leadership
    • Train and oversee the manufacturing team, ensuring adherence to all procedures during the process.
    • Hands-on experience in project-related activities, including equipment qualification and process validation for downstream processes.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's or higher degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience
    • 3-5 years of hands-on experience in downstream manufacturing processes.
  • Skills
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities.
