Job Title: Procurement Coordinator

Job Description: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Procurement Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of the procurement team, you will be responsible for handling small-value purchases, maintaining accurate record keeping, and ensuring compliance with procurement policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:
  • Handle small-value purchases for all departments
  • Maintain accurate record keeping and filing of procurement documentation
  • Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures
  • Provide administrative support for procurement-related activities
  • Assist in monitoring and tracking procurement requests and approvals
  • Liaise with vendors and internal stakeholders for quotations and follow-ups

Requirements:
  • Candidate must be Singaporean only
  • Minimum Diploma in any field or its equivalent

Working Conditions: This is a 5-day work week position. You will be working at Ang Mo Kio/Yio Chu Kang location.
