Role Description:

We are seeking a skilled Hotel Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in housekeeping and excellent communication skills.

The successful applicant will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of hotel rooms, corridors, linen rooms and cupboards, adhering to set standards and procedures.

"

They will also be required to attend meetings and training sessions as needed, maintain knowledge of special programs and events in the hotel, and respond to guest requests and emergencies effectively and efficiently.

"

Additionally, they will assist guests with their requests, work in line with business requirements, adhere to personal grooming and hygiene standards, and report any issues or concerns to management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Primary Education or equivalent, some housekeeping experience, excellent communication skills and ability to speak, read and write English are essential for this role.
