Main Responsibilities include close interaction with stakeholders to design, develop and test software. Research and analysis of user needs are key responsibilities.
- Design and implementation of greenfield solutions using latest Java technologies framework.
- Analyse user needs and develop software solutions.
The role requires preparation, planning and execution of roll-outs from support to production services. A smooth roll-out of the application to different sites is a goal.
Key team collaboration includes working with other engineers to integrate hardware and/or software systems. Close collaboration with technical lead/Architect in order to elaborate technical specifications is also required.
A developer will draft specifications, technical design, unit tests, code reviews and detailed system integration documents. Contributions to help maintaining a high standard of delivery quality are expected.
Functional testing, non-functional testing and active participation in issue resolution are also part of this role.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in Java-J2EE software engineering.

Technical Skills- Web and stand-alone application design & development with Java/JEE technologies.
- Knowledge on Spark, Hadoop to analyse and transform large amount of data.
- HBase, Janus graph, gremlin, elastic search for CRUD operations on big data.

- GIT, GIT Lab, Junit, Cucumber, Jira, Sonar for source code management.
- Spring, Spring REST, Web services, gRPC, Micro services, ORM framework.
