About the Role

This is a key position within Rizing HCM, responsible for ensuring the quality and timeliness of delivery for our services to clients. The successful candidate will work closely with our clients to implement and deploy SAP solutions that meet their business needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic guidance on project planning, system landscape, data migration, testing, deployment, integration, and overall solution architecture.
  • Advise project leads and managers on best practices to successfully impact the platform.
  • Develop and maintain solution design practices and standards aligned with SAP best practices.
  • Support project leads in translating business goals into effective solutions, assessing feasibility, and optimizing the solution.
  • Lead and conduct project design workshops, and function as an individual contributor leading a product implementation team.
  • Support functional and technical leads in workshops, and design and support proof of concepts to demonstrate proposed technical solutions.
  • Develop and support business requirements by leveraging SAP solutions, and assist in the preparation of workshop/training materials.
  • Maintain an overall overview of the customer solution throughout the project cycle.
  • Complete/assist in demonstration set ups, and proactively identify process improvements, including clear and concise solution definitions.
  • Gather and analyze clients' business requirements and objectives, and create and deliver high-quality demonstrations and presentations.
  • Develop system configurations to conform to client specifications and best practices, and troubleshoot and provide resolution of system issues or defects.
  • Adhere to software implementation standards and best practices, and provide support for pre-sales initiatives.
  • Provide quality assurance in delivery cycles, and solutions Tier 2 escalation point to support resolution.
  • Develop and maintain working relationships with diverse business, functional, and technical teams, and cultivate and demonstrate industry-specific business process knowledge.
  • Coach and train junior consultants and others on projects, and prepare status updates, tracking time and expenses.
  • Complete continuing education activities to attain and maintain professional certifications, and perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a business-related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Two or more SuccessFactors certifications with at least one Talent Management module.
  • Strong experience as a SuccessFactors Consultant, and strong experience in HR business experience or familiarity with relevant functional strategies.
