Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Technical Manager to oversee engineering projects, manage production teams, and ensure the highest quality standards in precision manufacturing are met.

The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise in machining and mechanical systems, leadership abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the technical team in daily operations and production planning.
  • Oversee the design, fabrication, and inspection of precision components such as aviation parts, jigs & fixtures, and automation parts.
  • Review and interpret engineering drawings, CAD designs, and specifications.
  • Supervise installation, testing, and maintenance of mechanical systems and equipment.
  • Liaise with clients to understand project requirements and provide technical guidance.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 and AS9100D quality standards.
  • Collaborate with the production, QA/QC, and purchasing teams to ensure timely delivery and cost efficiency.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Provide training and mentorship to junior technical staff.

Requirements

The ideal candidate must possess a Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in a similar role is required, preferably in precision engineering or manufacturing.

Strong knowledge in mechanical systems, machining processes, and fabrication methods is essential. Familiarity with CNC machines, jigs, fixtures, and automation systems is also necessary.

Able to read and interpret technical drawings and CAD files, excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills are required.
