Job Title: Facilities Mechanical SpecialistJob Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Facilities Mechanical Specialist to join our team. This role involves overseeing the operation and maintenance of mechanical systems, ensuring optimal performance and continuous functionality.

The successful candidate will have strong knowledge of maintenance principles, engineering practices, and building services management. They will be responsible for developing and implementing preventive and predictive maintenance programs, as well as conducting root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the continuous operation and optimal performance of key mechanical systems supporting wafer fabrication.
  • Develop and refine preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
  • Perform timely repairs and troubleshooting to maintain system functionality.
  • Establish and monitor performance tracking systems.
  • Collaborate with users to enhance efficiency.
  • Monitor utility usage and implement reduction projects.
  • Ensure adherence to relevant standards, legislation, and codes of practice.
  • Maintain accurate documentation for systems and processes.
  • Recommend and manage necessary spares and consumables.
  • Supervise and execute facilities-related projects.
Requirements:
  • A Master's or Bachelor's degree in Science, Mechanical Engineering, Building, or a related field with at least 5 years in semiconductor, pharmaceutical, or petrochemical industries.
  • SCEM certification is a plus.
  • Hands-on experience in mechanical system operation and maintenance.
  • Proficiency in managing cleanroom (Class 100 environment) and ACMV systems.
  • Strong knowledge of maintenance principles and engineering practices.
  • Ability to manage building services, including repairs, upgrades, and housekeeping.
  • Expertise in Clean Room and ACMV system maintenance.
