Key Account Billing Specialist

As a Key Account Billing Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the billing process for our clients. This includes preparing and sending invoices, processing payments, and resolving any billing-related issues that may arise.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills. They will also have the ability to work independently and as part of a team, and to adapt quickly to changing priorities and deadlines.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and send invoices to clients in a timely manner.
- Process client payments and reconcile accounts.
- Resolve billing-related issues and respond to client inquiries.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and billing activities.
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce errors.
Requirements:
- Degree in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent experience.
- At least 2 years of experience in a related field, preferably in a customer-facing role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Bonus Points:
- Experience with accounting software, such as QuickBooks or Xero.
- Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
- Fluency in multiple languages.
