Job Title: Warehouse Product Packager

The primary responsibility of this role is to accurately and efficiently pack products for delivery or sale.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Packing Operations:
  • Sort and pack products into designated packaging materials (bags, trays, boxes).
  • Weigh and measure products to ensure accurate quantities as per product specifications.
  • Inspect products for quality before packing, discarding any damaged or substandard items.
  • Label packages with necessary details, including product information, batch numbers, and expiration dates.
Inventory Management:
  • Keep track of packing materials and notify the supervisor of low stock levels.
  • Ensure all packed products are correctly logged in the inventory system.
Quality Assurance:
  • Follow company standards for product quality and appearance.
  • Maintain consistent checks to ensure products meet packaging requirements.
Hygiene & Safety Compliance:
  • Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations, including proper handling and storage of products.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the packing area.
  • Wear personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
Team Collaboration:
  • Work closely with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
  • Assist in resolving packing issues or bottlenecks in the workflow.
Other Duties:
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor to support operational needs.
Key Qualifications & Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior experience in food packaging or warehouse operations is an advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift packages up to 20-25 kg.
  • Familiarity with food safety standards (HACCP, GMP) is a plus.
